As a leading Air Shower manufacturers our Air Shower Unit is a self-contained, well-constructed, factory-assembled device that can be practically deployed anywhere and is intended to spray moving air from nozzles that are transportable. Positive pressurization and filtering down to 99.97% efficiency on 0.3 micron are provided by an absolute filter-fan module. An extraordinarily high level of sterility and clean air will be promoted by the shower's pure air.An optional aluminum grated floor, situated about 6 inches above datum level, is included with the system. The units' walls are equipped with duct air chassis. The device will automatically lock both doors when it is operating. The doors are unlocked in case of an emergency or power outage. Mild steel powder coating and stainless steel 304 grade are used in the construction. Two acrylic/glass doors with aluminum frames and an automated locking mechanism are included. The air is drawn via pre-filters by the statically/dynamically balanced blower before being sent into the chamber through a HEPA filter.It can operate on a 220V, single-phase, 50 Hz AC source.

Control System

The cleanroom air shower's operating sequence will be managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
The design guidelines provide for an Emergency Off button (EMO) to be placed prominently inside the air shower.
When the switch is activated, all interlocks will be released and the cycle will cease instantly. The lights will stay on.
Door sensors must have magnetic reed switches with a 24 volt DC voltage. 24 volt door interlocks must be installed in the door jambs at the top of the entry and exit routes. When the power goes off or the (EMO) button is pressed, the air shower locks will automatically release.

These phone booth-like entry systems use high-velocity air to decontaminate personnel, equipment, and supplies as they enter the cleanroom.As workers enter the air shower, the entry door closes, and powerful jets of HEPA-filtered air blow over the worker from several adjustable, precisely-placed nozzles. Large and small pollutants are blasted from the worker's cleanroom clothing by these high-velocity air streams. The worker enters the cleanroom when the cycle is finished and the self-cleaning air shower's exit door opens.The typical cycle completion for our cleanroom air showers is 20 seconds. Microprocessor controls allow fast and easy on-site adjustment of cycle times and other critical functions.
