Dispensing Booth

A dispensing booth works by creating a downward, HEPA-filtered laminar airflow with slight negative pressure so powder or dust stays inside the booth instead of escaping into the room. It is mainly used for weighing, sampling, and dispensing sensitive or dusty materials in pharma and lab settings.

Working Principle

• Air is drawn through pre-filters and then HEPA filters to remove particles before entering the working zone.

• The cleaned air moves in a vertical, one-direction flow over the work area, carrying dust downward away from the operator’s breathing zone.

• Most of the air is recirculated, while a smaller portion is exhausted to maintain slight negative pressure inside the booth and reduce contamination spread.
