Fume Hood – Design & Performance Overview
Accumax India manufactures high-quality fume hoods in GI powder coated, stainless steel, and polypropylene with ceramic tile lining options. Features include a 5 mm glass sash with counterbalance load, aerodynamic design for efficient airflow, double wall construction for easy maintenance, and a granite work table with a small sink. The unit provides 800 LUX illumination, supports gas/water connections, and uses HDPE/FRP/PP/PVC ducting with a centrifugal blower (1440 RPM motor). Available in inbuilt or separate outdoor motor assembly. Ideal for protecting users from toxic chemical fumes and vapours in industrial and laboratory settings.
